I was pretty young but I remember it well when the wall "came down" so to speak. I am glad part of it is still there for the sake of history.
ReplyDeleteWonderful photo to commemorate that historical event, which, like others, I remember very well! At the time I was teaching high school English and a special assembly was called to make sure the students realized that enormously important event. I read Robert Frost's "The Mending Wall."
